The counter
Quote a week at the car's own rate, scan the customer's ID and licence, photograph the car at pickup and again at return, print the contract, take the deposit and settle it — one flow, on a phone, in French or Arabic.
Software for Moroccan car rental agencies. It runs the whole agency from one screen — quotes, contracts, photo inspections, deposits, invoices, branches — and turns what the fleet does into numbers: what each car earns, the days it sat in the lot, and whether the next car is worth buying.

A mobile app, a GPS tracking system and the full agency dashboard — quotes, contracts, photo inspections, invoicing, branches and the fleet economics behind them — delivered in under a month.
Quote a week at the car's own rate, scan the customer's ID and licence, photograph the car at pickup and again at return, print the contract, take the deposit and settle it — one flow, on a phone, in French or Arabic.
What all of that adds up to: profit per car ranked best to worst, the days each car sat idle, a forecast for the month, and a payback figure for the car being considered next.
Damage is found when the keys come back, with the customer standing there. Without a state recorded at pickup, a scrape becomes a negotiation — and the deposit is either kept unfairly or lost entirely.
Bookings live in WhatsApp and a notebook, and a cash rental leaves no trace at all. No car can be ranked by profit while some of its rentals were never recorded.
A car that worked twenty-six days and one that worked five are identical parked side by side. Telling them apart means joining revenue and cost to a specific vehicle, month after month.
The product tells an owner to sell one car and buy another. That recommendation has to be built from the agency's own recorded rentals — a generic model is a confident way to lose someone else's money.
Photographs at both ends, timed and kept, so a new mark at return is shown rather than argued. The deposit is applied and signed at the counter, and the exchange is archived as proof.
Per-car rates with day multipliers, promotions and fees produce the quote; the same rental becomes the contract PDF, the deposit and the invoice without anything being retyped.
Revenue and cost are joined per vehicle and per month, ranked best to worst, with idle days shown and the cars losing money flagged rather than left to blend in.
Weeks ahead are projected from what this fleet actually rents — which is what makes payback on a car being considered, and a retire-by date on one already owned, worth acting on.
